Professional:
Even has many years experience from the market research software industry. He has been Key Account Manager for many of the leading market research companies in the Nordic region, helping them develop their business using state of the art software solutions.

Even has also worked with many of the largest corporations in Norway, helping them to increase their productivity and value of their market research investments.

Even has a Master in Marketing Management from the Norwegian school of Management, School of Marketing. He graduated in 1999.

He founded SurvAid together with Bjørn in 2004.
 

Private:
Even enjoys to be active, and has a lot of different hobbies and interests. He enjoys a lot of different sports and spend a lot of time in the nature, either fishing, hunting, golfing, running, skiing, biking, walking or just relaxing. Even is living together with Hedda, and they recently moved from Uddevalla in Sweden to Kongsvinger in Norway. Hedda is working as a doctor at the hospital in Kongsvinger. Even is working both out of Oslo and Kongsvinger.

Fly-fishing:
Even loves fly-fishing. He and his friends have been travelling around to many different places in Norway, searching for nice fishing locations. Usually they spend time along one of the rivers in the eastern part of Norway, but you might find them other places as well. Even has together with his friends been several times on Russia's Kola Peninsula fly-fishing. This part of the world is hardly ever visited by people, and the rivers are almost perfectly taken care of. This is the place were you can catch the fish of your dreams. On the picture on the left hand side, Even is holding a 2,9 kg brown trout.

Golf:
Even really enjoys the game of golf. He has been playing golf for 5-6 years, and he seems to spend more and more time on this game. Currently Even holds a 13,6 hcp, but hopes to reduce that next summer. When Even is not playing golf, he is involved in building a new golf-park in Kongsvinger, 100 km east of Oslo. This new 18-hole golf court is by many people expected to be one of Scandinavia's finest golf courts. The first 9 holes opens the spring 2005. When the golf park is ready, it will consist of 18+9 holes and a very nice practise area. You might read more about the project here (only in Norwegian).

Sports:
Even is a fan of sports. He has been playing soccer (I don't think his coach missed his sleep when Even quit), tennis, squash, table-tennis and pool. Today, he is not competing in any of these sports, but likes to play with friends once in a while. Even likes to keep an eye on Liverpool FC. Liverpool has been his favourite team his hole life, and Even has been to Anfield Road several times. Favourite player at the moment has to be Steven Gerrard.  

During the wintertime, you will find a lot of nice skiing-facilities in Norway, both cross country and downhill. Even enjoys both, and prefer Telemarking instead of slalom and snowboarding.
